Search help
We search. You decide.
Remote home and rental search assistance for people in the United States, run from Zionsville, Indiana.
What we do
Search
We look across large portals, MLS-fed broker sites and county records for homes or rentals that match your brief.
Check
We review listing age, price history, fees, HOA and tax figures, and flag red flags.
Shortlist
You get a short list with notes and questions to ask the listing agent or landlord.
Hand off
When you are ready to view or make an offer, we point you to licensed professionals of your choice.
What we do not do
We are a search-assistance service, not a real estate brokerage. We do not represent you in a transaction, negotiate, prepare offers or contracts, hold funds, or give legal, tax or financial advice. We cannot guarantee that you will find or obtain a property. We search only on the criteria you give us (price, size, area, features) and do not steer or filter by anyone’s personal characteristics.
