Is asking for search help free?
Sending a request is free and creates no obligation. If there is a fee for the work, we state it in writing before work begins and you decide whether to go ahead.
Are you connected to Zillow, Realtor.com or Redfin?
No. We are not affiliated with any listing site. Our directory describes them from their own pages and independent reporting, with dates.
Which site has the most accurate listings?
We do not claim any site is the most accurate or most complete. Check the status of any home you care about with the listing agent or the local MLS-fed broker site.
How do I avoid rental scams?
See the rental scam checklist: never pay before you see the unit, be wary of prices far below the market, and avoid wire, gift-card or crypto payments.
Do you work outside Indiana?
Yes. Search help is remote and covers homes and rentals across the United States.
