Who we are
Boone Ridge Home Search ("we", "us") is based at 6295 Boone Rdg, Zionsville, IN 46077. Boone Ridge Home Search is an independent guide to searching for homes and rentals in the United States. What we collect
From you. When you send a search request or message we receive your name, phone number and/or email address, any city or ZIP code you give, and what you tell us you need.
Automatically. Like most websites, our server and our advertising and measurement tools receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the page that sent you here.
How we use it
- Replying to you and doing what you asked.
- Calling or texting you, only where you agreed.
- Keeping the site secure and stopping abuse.
- Understanding which of our ads work.
- Complying with the law.
Calls and texts
If you give a phone number and tick the consent box, you agree that Boone Ridge Home Search may call or text that number about your request, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or telling us on a call.
Who else sees it
We share information with service providers acting for us (hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising) and where the law requires. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and messages for as long as we need them to help you and to keep a record of the conversation, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a short period. Ask us if you want something deleted sooner.
Your choices and state privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example Indiana, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others) you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of certain advertising uses. We use reasonable safeguards, though no system is completely secure. This website is for adults and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their information.
